i5 3330 and 3570(non k) in bf3 and bf4

i am having a low budget. i will play bf3 single player and sometimes online, gta5, metro2033, modern warfare3 (all in ULTRA) and so on. SO my options are

1.i5 3330 and 7850 1gb or zotac 650ti boost 2gb or HD7790
2. i5 3570(non k) and His/ asus HD7790 or asus HD7750 or zotac 650ti

monitor :dell20"(1600*900)-i cant cloose a higher due to tight budget
4gb corsair 1600mhz
MB:asus p8b75mlx
psu:corsair, coolermaster 450w

my querys are
1. wil i5 3330 be able to 40+ fps in bf3(in ULTRA or best setting for this resolution)
2. wil psu be enough for both option??
3.how much amps does zotac 650ti boost 2gb need??
4.will the monitor be albe to display ultra setting(if not, which resolution should game be run)

You should be alright with either quad core and the GTX 650ti at 1600x900. But maybe not at ultra settings/40FPS in MP. But close. The 450W PSU is 'adequate' with the 650ti. The other cards will be less efficient than the 650ti.
