Yes, everything is compatible.
I do not have experience with that case/psu combo, but be aware bundled psu's tend to be inferior.
You will also need an Operating System which is not listed.
Also might want to consider a CPU cooler other than stock, but not required.

Thankyou, i might go with a seperate psu, and would you say to go with windows 7 or win8

Yes your system will run Windows 8 flawlessly, so in the end the choice is yours.
I have not made the switch up to Win 8 yet, so I do not recommend it to others yet.
Whatever you decide, good luck with your first build and have fun with it.
