Internet Connection issues

I am running a windows 7 and the local and wireless seem to be bugged. The wireless says it has internet, in which will not work, and the local area does not have a valid ip. I have two macs that work fine. What is wrong??

Has the internet of this machine ever worked ? or is it your first time?

Well kinda, it works fine with wirekess, then i true to open to lan on Minecraft then the wireless went crazy, wireless doesnt work. But i only want to fix local. It seems every once in a while someone messes with the modem making all wifi and wired connections not work.... except mine :/ So yes it used to work then it stopped, i ignored it, then that crazy stuff happened, now i am using my phone to post this. Quick answer: It has worked before.
