Sorry for the second thread, I just needed a few quick opinions before I finalize my purchase (hopefully in the next day or so). I tweaked this build a bit, thanks to some generous members on here and this is what I have so far. Keep in mind this is a small budget gaming build meant to run games like LoL and GW2. I don't plan to overclock or anything like that.

I am not sure if the CPU cooler was superfluous, so I'll let you guys be the judge of that. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free.

I'm not a expert by any means, but if your not overclocking the stock cooler should be more then enough. Also I kinda lean towards AMD but I think for the money your spending on the processor and motherboard you could do better on the AMD side of things. I have a FX-6100 and its a great processor, with what I believe to be better performance for the same amount of money. (Not sure if Newegg carries it anymore but they have the AMD FX-6300 which is a 6 core @ 3.5Ghz with a boost to 4.1Ghz for $119) Plus the MSI 970A-G43 motherboard runs the same price as the one you selected for your Intel board and it has more DIMM slots and more PCI slots. Otherwise I think everything looks great.

If your a Gamer and want a good gaming Performance. Please get at least 4 cores. But that build is OK ! I think you don't have your System Right now while your asking if it is good Build.

AMD for your price range can be better, but at your price and you are going intel that is the best you can get.

I say drop the CPU cooler and get a HD 7850 2GB and it will be 85/100 for you otherwise 78/100

From Microcenter, you can build a system with an FX-6300, MSI 970A-G46, Kingston Hyper-X 8Gb 4GBx2 Kit, Toshiba 1Tb 7200 RPM, and Asus 7870 system for the same price point and you will have much better performance, I can e-mail you the list as I'm not sure how to link it if you please. Comes out to between $500 and $550 depending on deals.
