Hi Guys iam new here, but have been reading posts here for a long time.
Iam in the stage of building a new Gaming Rig and cant quite decide on which one to go for.
Purpose: Gaming, HD Movies, etc.,

Existing Components
HDD: Seagate 500GB 7200RPM (SATA)
Monitor: 32" Sony LCD TV (HD Ready) (PC will be connected to the TV)

Decided on the below for now:
Cabinet: Cooler Master HAF XB (6300 INR)
PSU: Crosair GS600 (5100 INR)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz (4600 INR)
Keyboard/Mouse: Logitech Keyboard and Mouse (anything would do for now)

Looking advise on:
Option 1: i3 3220 (6900 INR) with GTX660 (15500 INR)
Option 2: i5 3470 (11600 INR) with GTX650 Ti Boost (12500 INR)
Option 3: i5 3570K (14300 INR) with GTX650 Non Ti (9000 INR)

Need a cheapest Motherboard with the below configurations to complete the build...
<7000 INR, USB 3.0, S/PDIF Optical (iam planning to connect the PC to my Home Theater for 5.1 Surround)

Conditions: Need the system for playing mostly FPS (like Call of Duty, Max Payne, BattleField, Crysis, etc) and Racing (like NFS, F1, etc). Will be purchasing Wheels for racing.

Thanks
Ram

1. Why r u buying so costly cabinet?
2. With single GPU u don't need 600w PSU. Go with 500w. It's enough for single GPU.
3. If u don't want to overclock then i5-3470 & gtx 650ti boost is much better. But if u want overclock then u need a i5-3570k CPU and u will also need a z77 chipset costly mobo. It will go out of ur budget.
4. If u decided to get a cheap case around 2000Rs and a 500w PSU then you can go with ASUS P8Z77-V LX. But if u want that case then u can go with ASUS P8B75-V - 6,715 INR.
I hope it help.
Thank you.

1. I wanted to make a one time purchase for cabinet (trying to future proof all that is possible), so i dont have to keep changing the cabinet everytime i change the mobo or configuration in few years.
2. This configuration will not stay the same, i would be upgrading it with Bluray writer, 2 more HDDs, etc., I really want to make the most out it. Since mobo, CPU and GPU are constantly evolving, i needed expandability hence the 600W. i can change it depending on the budget.
3. I have never overclocked any of my previous desktops, always though it would void warranty (not sure if overclocking a k CPU will void warranty). i5-3470 is only cheaper by a grand (INR) to i5-3570, so why not go in for 3570 ?
4. The only thing i haven't been able to decide on is the mobo (within the budget of course). P8B75-V is a good choice but S/PDIF (optical) is missing. i need that since my all my other inputs in home theater are full. How about P8H77-M, it the cheapest with S/PDIF ?

Thanks

yes
h77 chipset is best for ur budget if u dont want to overclock.
this will be the best choice if u will upgrade to the next genration too.
you can get that one from asus like as u said Asus P8H77-M .
Thank you.

ok, have made some changes to my rig, have decided to go in for Haswell. But most of the components remain the same like Cabinet, PSU and RAM. Iam dropping GPU for now and going to buy i5-4670K, need a good Z87 motherboard, any suggestions.

I was looking at the below ones,
ASRock Z87 Extreme4
ASRock Z87M Extreme4
Asus Z87-A
Asus GRYPHON-Z87
MSI Z87-GD65

That's very nice choice my friend. Of course u can go with Asus any mobo or as well as in z87 series Gigabyte mobos r really a great choice. U can go with Gigabyte z87x d3h or ud3h. Both mobos are really great.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
