amd or intel i have no IDEA which to choose

It depends greatly on your needs. For gaming right now, the FX6100 and 3770 can handle anything. For video editing and stuff like that, a 3770 will be the better choice. The best cpu between those will be an i5-3570k/4670k or amd fx 8350. both are awesome and will serve excellent in gaming and multitasking. Thats the best choice, depending on your needs as i mentioned before and your budget.

You are comparing a high end intel I7 or a budget AMD bulldozer.

The Intel one is far far better. But much more expensive.

I would go with the Intel one. But if you want to go with AMD Look at the FX8350.

The FX 8350 is much closer in performance to the 3770k, in gaming the 8350 is usually about on par with the 3570k/3770k under most circumstances. Though for gaming the 3570k is really as good as the 3770k as most games don't support hyper threading. Which is the main difference between the 2.
