Keep the CPU/ mobo
Drop to 8gb RAM
Try to get a 7870 XT/LE/MYST model. They are much more powerful than a normal 7870.
It's Myst edition (Tahiti LE)

Budget is around 1k €, used mostly for gaming.

I like that 16gb, but if I drop to 8, is there somewhere to spend that 50€?

Yeah put it in the case or the video card, or upgrade to Haswell. What country are you buying from?

So you're basically saying none of the parts I picked for this build are good. Really. The GTX 770 along with all those other parts will put the build way over the € 1000 specified budget. By about € 200. :ange:

And there's nothing wrong with Asrock, their Extreme 6 Z87 motherboard won an editors' choice two days ago: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/z87-haswell-motherboard-review,3524.html

Ok first of all thank you both for answering.

Now since i5-4670k is looking very good this whole build needs to be adjusted.

I still like that PowerColor Tahite LE for price and performance. IMO 3gb is overkill and other one is too expensive. Also the orginal PSU is still there.

Good point on that case that i should try to get it from my country.

I'm not sure about ram and HDD atm but i want to keep SSD.

Now we get to the good part, Motherboard,
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H vs ASRock Z87 Extreme6
What i get with that extra 30€

That roundup I linked to in my last post explains the differences between the boards.

Um either I'm blind or only Gigabyte Z87X-UD4H is there.. Nothing about Z87X-D3H. I know that UD4H is worse but should I spend more money on extreme6 over D3H?

It's not worse than the D3H but it's not a bad board either. The Extreme 6 is an excellent overclocker. If you can afford that definitely go for it.

Gonna go for Extreme 6 with Kingston HyperX XMP, corsair dominator platinum were too salty.

I do not know this asrock so well what do it have but here is what gigabyte do have.
10 USB 3.0 Ports, High ESD Protection for USB and LAN ,One Fuse per USB Port .
Other things you look here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4518#sp

Kingston memory is bad choice. Here you can fimd most send backs parts:
http://www.behardware.com/articles/862-8/components-returns-rates-6.html
Kingston memmory is one and other is corsair is one psu that is top there.
Power supplies:
3.41% Corsair CX600 V2 80PLUS
2.65% Cooler Master GX 450W 80PLUS Bronze
1.97% Corsair CX430 V2 80PLUS
1.82% Corsair HX750W 80PLUS Silver
1.82% Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850 80PLUS Gold

RAM:
3.11% Corsair Dominator 4 GB (2x 2 GB) DDR3 1333 MHz CL9 TW3X4G1333C9D
2.73% G.Skill RipJaws X Series 16 GB (4x 4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL
2.72% Corsair Dominator 8 GB (2x 4 GB) DDR3 1333 MHz CL9 CMP8GX3M2B1333C9
2.69% G.Skill RL Series RipJaws 8 GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 1066 MHz F3-8500CL7D-8GBRL
2.14% Kingston HyperX blu 2 GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL9 KHX1600C9AD3B1/2G

So? what was the point here? How come you end up recommended parts that you do not really need?
Too big PSU and parts that are not so good? Seasonic and SuperFlower are the best PSU makers. They are much more reliable than corsair. And same price you can get better efficiency. I think it isbetter have good efficiency than watts you do not really need. If you take bigger PSU than you need then you just lose power to air. You lose money by burning electricity to heat. Best take PSU that runs best performance level consistently. And this is not 20% level. It is more like 60 or 80% with good modern gold psu can handle this easily.

asRocks reliability is based on shorter warranty than other motherboards. But from experience I can tell you they do not last five years or so. They last just over the warranty and then it just dies. How come? Can you explain this?

Sure it is good buy if you want to use it year or maybe two. And sell it fast to someone stupid. Is this what you call good way to go? I like more better parts so that they last long time. Do you know about asrock vrm problems?

Why gigabyte MSI and Asus do keep up working 6 years and more easily.

About those send back parts, in top 5 there isn't one PSU from Corsairs TX series and HyperX XMP isn't on top 5 so it's like less than 2%. The fact that there are so many of those top company products is that they are bought more than others, so less than 2% is actually good.

Good list tho makes me think about those HDD's

Ate you really sure of this? Look here: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p753671_650-Watt-Corsair-TX-Series-Modular-80--Bronze.html

RMA-Quote: 5%
If you look Super Flower 550w golden green. RMA is just 1% and 1100 sold units.
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p688894_550-Watt-Super-Flower-Golden-Green-PRO-Non-Modular-80--Gold.html
Cmoon guys.
650w super flower golden green 700 sold units and RMA is 1% http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p680755_650-Watt-Super-Flower-Golden-Green-PRO-Non-Modular-80--Gold.html

600w modular one. 1% RMA: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p643262_600-Watt-Super-Flower-Golden-Green-Modular-80--Gold.html

Seasonic X serie top of the line 0% RMA: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p847494_650W-Seasonic-Netzteil-X-650-Gold--80-Modular.html

That is really good. But it is expansive for 550w PSU.
Not so much better than seasonic g serie gold. Or that 650W X gold.
Seasonic G gold is just 2 or 3 % lower efficiency and reliability is almost as good as the super flower.
Id save bit money here. http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/info/p812464_550-Watt-Seasonic-G-Series-Modular-80--Gold.html
And it is modular too.
I did forget something. So both super flower and seasonic g gold do have 5 year warranty.
Seasonic x do have 7 year warranty.

Whoa, when have I ever recommended parts that you don't need? I actively try to talk people out of buying more expensive parts - especially motherboards and CPUs.
