Hello all. I am going to buy a pc but I need help with what pieces to buy. I want a powerful computer that can run high level games. I filled out the following to give more info:

Approximate Purchase Date:soon, but honestly whenever the parts can I arrive. I have the money ready

Budget Range:1300-1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important:Using it for video games and digital art, 3D art. Most. The least are things like music, movies. I have a laptop for that

Parts Not Required:I need everything for a PC

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:a legitimate, good website

Country:I am in the USA.

Parts Preferences:whatever is the best

Monitor Resolution:HD high res. Big monitor

I appreciate everyone's help greatly.

I do live relatively close to a microcenter...I don't think I'm going to overclock...By what I have researched, a lot of people say that you wont necessarily need it if you spend enough money on the parts

Although you are not overclocking, microcenter has a good bundle deal on the i7-4770k so might as well. It's about the same price as getting a regular i7-4770 with a H87 board. Also, I chose an i7 and 16gb because of your digital art, 3d work.
A GTX770 can max most games on 1080p, if not all games.
A Fractal Design Define R4 is a roomy case and extremely silent.
Left money open for a good keyboard/mouse or a cpu cooler.
