i'm looking for a AIO h2O cooler compatable with Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3, as my cpu temp is a little high for my liking (70-74 degrees C). could any one recommend one?

Any AIO cooler that supports Am2/AM3 sockets is compatible with the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3. This motherboard is bad for overclocking, however, so getting an AIO water cooler will benefits in lower temp and ( maybe ) lower noise mostly.
