Scrambled display Help

Hello I have a HP p6510y desktop computer.The specs are
AMD athalon 2 X4 630
6 GB Ram
HD 6670
250 Watt PSU
DVD RW
I am having this scrambled screen when i first start my computer.When the scrambled screen comes i have to turn it of by un plugging the socket. After that it runs fine. I am attaching a picture:

Go to bios --> Primary Video Adapated --> PCI

Then if there is an option "Integrated Graphics Processor (IGP)", disable it.

That should solve the issue.
