I'm not actually sure if the motherboard is the problem, but I will describe the issue.

I was giving my brother a lesson on which parts are which inside a PC. We took the computer apart and reassembled it in exactly the same way. I reconnected all the power-supply cables and started the PC. The PC will boot fine, but it refuses to connect to my monitor, which works perfectly fine on my other PC.

Please help!

Im using a Conrole Presler FSB1066 Motherboard and my graphics card is not a discrete VGA card.
EDIT:
My monitor is connected by DVI

Worth resetting the BIOS ( take out the CMOS button for 10 seconds ). Sometimes it's just your BIOS that read something wrong after assembling.

If the problem's still there then try to clean the DVI connector.
