I want to get a PSU for my new build.
Here are my specs.

i5 3470
GIGABYTE B75M-D3V
WD 1TB BLUE 64MB SATA3 7200RPM
MSI 7850 2GB ddr5 Power Edition
G-Skill RipJawX 1600MHz CL9 8 GB Kit
Cooler Master N200 MATX /w Window
SAMSUNG 24X OEM

They are both of the same price at my place.
Also, the Raider has less molex and SATA cables.

Which to choose?
Thanks.

They are both good quality PSUs. The single 42A/504W +12V rail of the FSP is slightly better than the 2 x 20A/480W +12V rails of the Seasonic. For that reason alone, I would opt for the FSP. But you won't go wrong with either.
