Will the i5 4570s be to much for my LEPA N500 psu?

No, not at all. The i5-4570 is only an 84W processor. That's only 7A on the +12V rail.

That will draw 16.7A on the +12V rail. Your PSU has +12V rail rated at 34A. So run the rest of the system through a PSU calculator to see if you are getting close to maxing the PSU out.

I all so think you should buy the i5 4570 it's more powerfull & if you fell you have problems you can always drop the video card down and use igpu untill you buy a better power supplay. Or you can turn turbo boost down but I doubt it will cut to much power.
