No, not at all. The i5-4570 is only an 84W processor. That's only 7A on the +12V rail.

That will draw 16.7A on the +12V rail. Your PSU has +12V rail rated at 34A. So run the rest of the system through a PSU calculator to see if you are getting close to maxing the PSU out.
