My case isn't allowing for me to fit my hard drive in because of size?

I have a classic Seagate 6GB Hard Drive. My case is a cooler master store stryker. The side panel is preventing me from closing the case without pushing the hard drive and possibly damage it later. ALSO. I am terrible at cable management! Tips?

Assuming you mean a 6Gb (sata3 drive), this photo (2nd from top) shows you have three 5.25 bays at the top. I don't see how this could block the side panel.
