I don't know how much help I will be as I haven't personally used a xfire or SLi setup but I'll try nonetheless.

Have you tried reseating the cards? Does this happen if you reverse the order of the cards? (if say the bottom one doesn't get a clock rate for whatever reason is it still the bottom on when you swap them?)

Is this your motherboard? (Make ABSOLUTELY sure this is the EXACT mobo you have otherwise you WILL have a very expensive doorstop) If so I would check what bios you have as there are quite a few pcie improvements.

Edit: Oh just saw your bios version number was listed, you are up to date...

Google "furmark" to get the download. Its a benchmarking/stability tester application. I use it all the time and like it. Crossfire does suck but it shouldn't be that bad

Ohh right tyvm im on it now, Could you please give me an insight on how much better 2 7950's are then 1 is it even worth it?.

Also my 2nd card doesn't get recognized out of random from CCC?.
June 11, 2013 12:22:37 PM

FurMark
1x 7950 = SCORE:3081 points (51 FPS, 60000 ms) but i think it crashed :\ im going to reinstall cata drivers and retry

What if you try each card one at a time. One could be defective.
June 11, 2013 1:17:05 PM

Horrible cable management. :)

possibly a driver problem. or maybe heat issue?
June 11, 2013 2:03:53 PM

haha in all honesty i just got lazy from taking hardware in and out all the time i just well yeah got lazy, any ways despite from that, Heats fine max will hit 66, driver problem i really do think its that, i have reinstalled ccc drivers countless times pathetic fps but i think it could be os as well. so i am going to reboot go back and forth till finding a solution.

"Crossfire is functional it just doesn't work" lol just try his suggestion :)

June 13, 2013 11:43:08 PM

ok i tried it updated driver all that Now im in a new delema, My g cards only sit at 300 MH'z

is there a setting i need to change or something?
June 14, 2013 8:10:56 AM

Aslong as they don't sit at 300mhz when doing gaming then your fine. Thats a normal power saving thing that gpus have been doing for a while now.
June 14, 2013 11:28:17 AM

sorry just realized they are fine i just got confused with gpu-z, everything is now checked out how ever the fps i am quite curious what a normal rate is :D  tyvm for the help
June 14, 2013 11:32:01 AM
