Your GPU should be fine with that MOBO.
Specifically it has three PCIe x16 slots, each of which that GPU would fit into.
The GPU is ~215mm and the case can have up to 316mm cards so it will fit fine.
Only other things you need are an OS and a monitor which there are really no worries of compatibility there.
