Is the FSP Raider 650w PSU sufficient for my PC?

Is the PSU in the title good for my pc:
-Nvidia gtx 770
-Intel i5 3570k
-4gb RAM (Will get another 4gb in the future if required)
-500gb HDD
-CM HAF 912 Plus case

I may OC the 770, unless that will stress the power supply a lot, I won't do voltage tweaks since I am a novice overclocker. Also if it isn't sufficient for that PC, I can get an AMD 7950.
