how can i fix the error {-1} ?..every time i logged in my account this will appear " error code {-1} An error occured while registering your information. Please try again. if the problem persists, contact the customer service center."

The simple answer is to contact the customer service center. You did not provide nearly enough details to get an answer. Fix the error code (-1) in what program or game?
