SATA vs SATA II on a G71GX ASUS

My system hard drives is two Seagate ST9320423AS Momentus 7200.4 Mobile Hard Drive 320GB, 2.5", 7200 RPM, 16MB, SATA. I'm looking to upgrade to one Seagate ST9750420AS 750GB Momentus Mobile Hard Drive - 750GB, 2.5", 7200RPM, 16MB, SATA II 3Gbit/s. or, Should I switch to a Western Digital Black 750GB Mobile Hard Drive - Designed for performance users - 2.5", SATA 3Gb/s, 7200RPM, 16MB Cache, 9.5mm height, 5-year warranty - WD7500BPKT. I mainly use my system to play games and am running on Window 7, not Vista.

SATA2 is backward compatible with SATA1. According to these specs, your ultrabook uses a 12.5mm drive. You may want to make sure you can use a 9.5mm drive in it ok.
