First time PC build

I'm planning on building a PC mainly for Adobe premiere and after effects. I've come up with the below spec. advice would be welcome on suitability and other cheaper alternatives where possible. I'm based in the Uk. Thanks all

Budget is the region of £800 ish. As long as it can happily run Cs6, has a firewire I'll be happy. Scope to improve it over time would be good as well.
