Yellow Case Lights

So I just replaced my old case with a fractal design R4 and so far it looks great. But I have a Zotac 680 so its yellow/orange. So my plan was to paint the hard drive mounts yellow and get some yellow case lights to match, BUT, I can't find any.
I would prefer to purchase from amazon or newegg but I can't find any on there that aren't PCI.
Any help would be appreciated.

NZXT offer a fairly good case lighting solution that lets you change colours on the fly.
