Possible GPU Issue; Screens go blue, not BSOD

OS: Win 7 Pro
Cpu: 2500k
GPU : Frozen 7950k OC 3gb Edition

Here is a picture of the result screen going blue and becoming completely inresponsive.

I Usually occur loading diablo 3 along side with another program. Has occurred one other time, but cannot recall what I did to make it occur.

1920*1080 on both, but I run them as 3840 * 1080
