Quick Question About Sales Tax

Hi I'm planning on buying the parts for my new build and was wondering how sales tax works. I live in Ontario and it seems like there is only shipping costs and no sales tax. I'm buying the parts from direct Canada, Ncix, newegg and canada computers and every time I check out there is only the shipping cost added and no sales tax.
