First off, I just want to ask if this looks like a good build (I already have a good optical drive, case, and PSU. So I did not list them)

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.0 ghz
MOBO: ASRock FX Micro ATX AM3 Motherboard
RAM: 1x8 gb Corsair ddr3-1333
GPU: Nvidia Geforce gtx 650 1024mb

I'm trying to save as much money on this build as I can, but I still want some performance. My question is, would it be better to get 4 gigs of ram and get the GTX 650 OC 2g card or even the 650 ti? Or would the 8 gig of ram and the gtx 650 1024 mb be better? I'm looking to play most modern games on moderate graphics (moderate being medium) with stable 50-60 fps.

$167- 8 gigs of ram with GTX 650 1g
$172- 4 gigs of ram with GTX OC 2g

I'd change the 8GB to a 2x4GB set, to enable dual channel and get more throughput from the DRAM (and you can shop around, the 965 can generally run 1600 DRAM or even go 2x2GB if 4 is acceptable for your games of preference and go with the better GPU now
