Very low GPU fps

Hey,
I recently bought a GTX 650 Ti factory OC'd.
I have an i5 2400 3.1Ghz.
When I ran Furmark I got a very low score, also about 19 FPS.
Tried running Unigine Heaven - same result.
The only thing I can think of is my ram, I recently found out my 4GB DDR3 ram is only 667Mhz (At least that's what it is running in CPU-Z).

Can anyone help me figure out the problem?

667MHz = 1333 MT/s

The RAM speed is normal assuming it is 1333MHz RAM.

I don't know about the GPU benchmarks. It depends on settings and resolution.

Furmark 1080 benchmark preset. What could be the issue?
