1.
Which card is the best?
The price in my country is quite similar for this 3 vga.
If there is another brand recommended, plz tell me one.

2.
Also I'll be building this into:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4430
RAM: Corsair Vengeance CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 2x2GB http://tinyurl.com/m6mu547
HDD: WDC Blue 1TB

Will PSU Corsair CX430V2 enough?

As you can see they trade crowns depending on the game.

But for purely gaming, I would choose the Nvidia card until assured AMD has solved their stutter issues.
