SLI with GTX 660 ti SC/OC and non SC/OC

Would it be possible to do SLI with a gtx 660 ti sc/oc and a gtx 660 ti (non oc/sc)? Also, if SLI is possible, if I overclock the the non oc one to the oc one (MHz) will the performance be improved?

It can be paired but it will automatically adjust itself to follow the card with much slower clock
