New monitor suggestions

Hi,

I'm going to be upgrading my monitor in the next couple of months and am looking for some recommendations.

Current spec is an i3-2120 & Radeon HD 6570 on 2 19in displays - only 1 display used for gaming as they are both VGA so the 2nd display uses the integrated graphics. However, I am also going to upgrade the gfx card to a HD 7950 soon, and drop in an i5 by the end of the year (funding permitting). I will probably ditch the 2nd monitor as I will have more screen width once I upgrade.

If it's relevant, this is primarily a gaming PC, and the most demanding game I play at the moment is Battlefield 3, but this is the only FPS I play as I'm more in to racing games and strategy. I'll be looking to get BF4 and Watch Dogs when they come out.

I would ideally like to have a choice of inputs on new monitor (DVI, HDMI, and either 2nd DVI or VGA) so that I can hook up my PS3 and my home server as well.
Also it must be wall mountable.

Options are:

1) 24in 1920x1080 - no idea what makes and models to look at but the budget should be around £150-£200 (any more than £200 and may as well go for option 3)

2) 27in 1920x1080 - again not really sure what to look at in this category (wouldn't want to go more than £250 otherwise again, may as well go for option 3)

3) 27in 2560x1440 - Heard good things about the iiyama prolite xb2776qs (aprox £450) and hazro hz27wd (but can't seem to find anywhere that sells it), Asus PB278Q (aprox £450 but don't know if it's wall mountable), and Dell UltraSharp U2713HM (£420 but some say they don't like the anti-glare coating), but other suggestions welcome. £450 or lower ideally, but absolute limit £500.

I'm not sure if a 27in 1920x1080 would be too stretched, and a 27in 2560x1440 might be too much of a strain on the system (however, im sure AA could be turned off at that resolution).

Thanks in advance for your thoughts/help/suggestions.

Decided I'm going to go for a 24inch. However still need some suggestions. Not sure if I should go for a budget £150 1920x1080 tn or va panel or splash the cash and go up to an IPS 1920 x 1200
