I'm gonna have a Intel i5 3570k Overclocked to 4.5GHz
And will most likely use the Hydro H110 280mm Radiator (Do you know any cases that will fit this and a GTX 770?) What motherboard do you suggest im just leading towards the ASUS because of the beautiful design. BTW the graphics card is also asus? If that changes what you recommend?

Stick with both the ASUS mobo and the vga. The sabertooth is a beast and the asus gtx 770 has the best cooling and its super quiet. For the case, take a look at these, will fit the gtx770 and the h110:
-Fractal Design Define R4
-Thermaltake Overseer RX-I

Although you are leaning towards the Sabertooth, consider price and performance difference. The Sabertooth features more overclocking and voltage protections, something an easy 4.5ghz overclock does not need.

The Asrock Extreme 4 is a great board and one of the best price to performance boards out there. It can handle a 4.5ghz OC easy, and will mount a H110 flawlessly too. (I have a Z77 Extreme 4 3570k OC'd to 4.8 and a H80).

While the Sabertooth may look aesthetically better, it does not provide better performance and features for an extra 100 bucks. For $100 worth of savings you can put it towards a better graphics card or a better PC Case etc etc.
