I have built my first computer almost a month now and I have been using the stock fan on my AMD A10 5800k APU. The reviews say that the fan sucks (which it does) when I play games it will quickly go to the uppers 60s. I have a MSI motherboard. I am worried that the fan will not fit because of the clearance I have. I will show the apu and motherboard below with the links.

The heatsinks are specially designed to be of the size that the ATX standard. When a heatsink is produced it must follow this standard and as your Motherboard also follows the same standard (ATX or ATX mini) they will always be compatible.

Okay thanks for all the help. I just have one more question. Are they easy to install?
