yes. with dvi - vga converter. by the way i tested card in another computer. converter and card worked well . probably problem in pci x16 socket, so motherboard . is it fixable thing

If you put in another working vga on your board and that card also refuses to work then it's definitely the pci-e slot on your board that's not functioning properly. If it's broken then it can't be fixed in most situations. However, you should use a can of compressed air to clean the slot first. The slot might not be broken, only covered with dust.

I have tried both the HD7750 and the HD7770 on a MSI P4M900M motherboard and I have exactly the same issues although the latest BIOS from MSI has been used. There are reports on the internet that also discuss why there is an issue with some PCI-E 3.0 cards on older motherboards with PCI-E 1.0 or 1.1 slot. The reported fact is that not all of these motherboards support the power supply features required by especially the HD77xx series. My approach is to look for a new motherboard with PCI-E 2.0 support, or did you find another solution ?

Alright, today I have also tried the HD7750 and the HD7770 on a MS-7358 V1.1 Motherboard with Intel Bearlake G33+ICH9R chipset (published in 2007) with PCI/E 1.1 slot in a Medion computer. After upgrading the BIOS to V1.1D (dating from 2009, available on the Medion homepage) it worked ! I have found similar information elsewhere that confirms the experience.
On the other hand I was sadly unable to find such an update for the VIA P4M900 or Intel 945GL chipsets which were published in 2006, so I am afraid those lovely mainboards have seen the best of their days ... but don't worry, replacement is easy as compatible motherboards are still offered for around 70 Euro that will allow you to keep everything else besides the motherboard ;-)
