Built a PC, Need opinions

So im building a PC and this is what i got done and i need some advice because im new to building PC's, and if you would like to change a spec on the PC please respond with the full name.

Its good if you can afford it. You know the board has a built in wired network card and a built in sound card so the extras are not needed unless you have a specific use for the better ones & also the build uses all 3 PCIE 1 ports which I think will block a dual slot GPU and if you want to add a second GPU later (the main reason to buy such an expensive board) then oyu can only use 1 PCIE 1 slot. If you need the sound card and the network card get the Wireless card USB if you also want to add a second card in the future then you need to get the wired network USB as well but I imagine it will be no better than the built in one then. So if you need all those cards you may want to look for a larger board.

Thank you for your help its greatlly appreciated and i removed the Wierd networkcard and the soundcard. Didnt know it had those 2 built in so thank you again and have a nice day!
