direct3d what to do

my computer is telling me 'could not load direct3d'

I think it is happening with some game. If there are no current Drivers installed for your Graphics Card, this will typically prompt a Direct3d error.
The very first step is to determine which exact Graphics Card your computer has. Once you determine your Graphics Card go to the manufacturers website and download the latest graphics driver.

How to find your GPU: Press Windows button + R, Type devmgmt.msc in the resulting window, Device Manager window will come up, look for "Display Adapters". Expand it. Done. Thats your Graphics card. Good Luck.
