Small pixels while playing games and videos

I have same prob as this guy can somebody tell me how to fix this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/375559-33-weird-small-pixels-playing-1080p-videos-please like he said it loks like some xxxxx pixels bat when i stop the video it is gone only happens while picture is moving

i am useing vga ... so i was wondering will it change if buy an dvi cable
