Need help picking parts for first custom loop system! (575$ budget TOPS)

Title says it all. I'm ready to give water cooling a shot! I'm wanting to cool 2 GPU's and my CPU. If I can't cool both my GPU's in budget, I at least want to cool one of them. I already ordered an XSPC Raystorm with red LED's (that wont count towards the 575$ budget).

I figured I would reach out to the professionals for help in picking the rest of the parts. Again, this is my first go at this but I've been doing enough reading and have found enough guides to feel confident. Exact names are appreciated when listing out parts. Also, do people order color tubes or is it best to get clear ones and just use colored coolant? Thank you very much.

You will find that the water-coolers here wont just give you a parts list when it comes to building a loop.
Pull together a loop you think will work, and post it here for feedback. We'l help you, not do it for you.

Coloured tubes, dye's eventually will just clog up your blocks.
