No more PM when you get a best answer?

The title says it all. Are we still supposed to get a PM when we get a BA? I hope not. That was kind of annoying.

Also is it just me or in the general section of the experts billboard can you not scroll between months? Under any of he subcategories I can do it but not in the general billboard section.

I never got any PM when getting BAs, only mail notifications, but they stopped recently, too.

And yea you can't scroll between months in general billboard, which seems unfair if someone contributed a lot last month and go on holiday this month. He won't get recognized in any way.

Will look into the PM for BA's issue. We were working on this recently and might have hit a snag.

For the General Billboard, this is a good feature request. I'll pass it along to the devs.
