Which Z77 Overclocking Motherboard to Buy

Hello folks!

I want to overclock i7 3770K so I will require a big CPU cooler, probably Noctua NHC14 or NHC12P SE14 or CM 212 EVO, perhaps. I would like to know on which MoBo the cooler won't block memory slots. I would like to have as much USB 3.0 and SATA3 as I could get. Also, I want to buy a reliable and stable MB with good overclocking ability, but my budget is very limited so I was thinking about one of these:

I've read a lot about these MoBos but I can't make up my mind since they all have something that might not work well.

Motherboards like ASUS, ASRock and MSI could be included, too:
Asus P8Z77-V, or less expensive;
ASRock Z77 EXTREME4, or less expensive,
MSI Z77 Mpower, or less expensive.

My primary goal is to build a high performance video editing/postproduction config. I'm not interested in gaming.

Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD4H would do. Better power design than the rest in your list, plus VRMs are well cooled, which ensure the durable of your OC-ed i7.

I've already purchased that board. Hope Noctua NHC12P SE14 will fit without blocking any of the memory slots.
