So which build should i go with? It would be Mostly for gaming but I also would be doing some cad, and few video/animation type renderings. And yes I will be overclocking the CPU & GPU that will be chosen to its max, so if somebody would tell me which type of PSU It would require to power the followings. I will be COMPLETELY WC the build and MIGHT Sli in the future.

Any suggestions or feedback will be gladly appreciated. Thank You for your time

---------------SB-E------------------Haswell
CPU-------3930K=$570----------4770K=$350
MOBO-----R.IV.G=$270----------M.VI.G=$210
GPU-------GTX 780SC=$660-----GTX 780SC=$660
PSU-------XFX 850W =$150------XFX 850W =$150
CASE-----350D/Win=$110--------350D/Win=$110

Pretty much a $300 Difference. Which is not a lot.

Asus [ROG]
R.IV.G = Rampage IV Gene
M.VI.G = Maximus VI Gene

I would go with the Haswell i7 4770k over the SB-e. Not sure of what Motherboard you have chosen, but everything else looks good.

Your CAD work and rendering should benefit from the extra resources of SB-E, gaming not so much. I'd probably go with the 4770K as well, as it should still perform well in all those taks at a much lower price. If you pretty much only or mostly do CAD work then SB-E would excel in the area more so then the 4770K.

Thx, I decided to go with the SB-E build since it would last me pretty long plus its just $300 more than than the haswell build, not only that if i want to upgrade ill probably go to 3960k.
