500R Side Window Mod Question

I'm building a gaming computer over summer and I already have my case. It's the white Corsair Carbide 500R. I've seen mod videos on YouTube where people put windows on them. Does this restrict airflow to the graphics card? I'm going to be using a Asus Gtx 770 DirectCU II graphics card. I will use the 2 intake fans at the front and the one fan in the rear exhaust fan. Will that bring significantly higher temperatures or will it matter? Thanks for your time and help.

Yeah, I don't really plan on SLI. When my card starts getting underpowered I'd say games will be requiring more than 2gb of vram
