How does NewEgg Ship?

I just bought a combo pc on new egg, and when i went to buy it, the case was in another shipping container, i set both of them to 3 day shipping, but i have a cpu, cpu cooler, motherboard, ram, gpu, disc drive, psu, and disc drive all comboed up. If never ordered so many things at once, i usually buy parts at a store, but i could not resist this offer. So will i get it in a big box? Or will they be in individual boxes?
