Replacement for MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III

Hi Guys

My MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III died an hour back ....
Looking to get a replacement card and not looking to spend too much as I will upgrade the whole system in an year or so. Budget would be under US$175

Have been out of the harware space for a while, so looking for some recommendations.

My current specs are as follows:

7. CPU Cooler : Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus
