Good temps for an AMD APU A4 5300?

I built my gf a apu based system and I have never used an apu before and it is sitting at 40-45c idle. Is that acceptable for these chips?

The build is a mini ITX and the case is a BitFenix Prodigy I think it is.. Very nice case and roomy.

Thank you for the link. I havent been able to do any load testing yet to see what the max it is... I may end up trying a after market HSF if I have too because the stock one is terrible with no copper or anything.

Yes, the stock cooler is rather poor, but sufficient for general use in a well ventilated case. I wouldn't call the BitFenix Prodigy a roomy case, tho. That is probably what is causing the higher than normal temps. Try to move as much air as possible thru the case.

I built an HTPC with the Cooler Master Elite 120 and the A10-5800K. I had a heck of a time cooling it.
