I would like some feedback on possible part changes, currently this build is about $1850, and I would like to keep it $2000 or cheaper. I also do plan on overclocking this build. Primarily going to be used for gaming and some video recording/editing.

Try dropping your PSU to 650w, as that will comfortably run your one 770. With the extra money you can upgrade your SSD to the Samsung 840 Pro Series, the best SSD on the market currently.
