How to install stock haf 932 advanced fans?

It comes with 3 fans and their output is a transparent 1 high 4 wide pins and another transparent 1 high 4 wide holes for each but my motherboard or PSU doesn't seem to have anywhere to plug these..

First, need more detailed information like what motherboard do you have and what power supply?

Then, how many chassis fan connectors does your motherboard have like this (below) and are they 3 or 4 pin?

Your power supply should have a few (or at least one) strands of molex connectors (see below)

Most of today's boards should have at least 2 4-pin fan connectors but the 932 should have come with a few adapters to go from 4-pin to molex to connect to that molex strand. If motherboard has only 3-pin connectors, you can plug the 4-pin fan connectors into 3-pin motherboard chassis fan headers, just won't be able to control fan speeds using BIOS utility.
