Hi I am building a pc in a couple of weeks for editing and gaming money is not an issue.

CPU: i7 3970X
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i/kracken x60
GPU: Asus GTX 690
Motherboard: Please suggest a good one
Ram: 32gb please suggest a make
Hard drive: WD caviar black 4TB
SSD: Samsung 840 pro 512GB
Case: I want a really good full tower
Optical drive: Asus DRW-24B5ST (X2)
Psu: Please recommend a gold or platinum 900w or more
Monitor: BenQ XL2411T 3d 24 inch 1080p 144hz monitor
Mouse: Rat 7
Keyboard: corsair k70

What's your budget?

If it's gaming you are way overpaying for the 3970X. The 3930K is 1/2 as much and can be overclocked to match or beat the 3970X's advertised speeds. The GTX 780 costs less than the 690 and has the same processor as the GTX Titan for less money, and a single GPU doesn't need over 900W. You can get by with far less of a PSU. You donh220't really need a full tower either, a large-ish mid tower (Corsair 500R, Fractal R4, etc) are good choices. The Swiftech Edge is better than the liquid loops you listed, and 512GB for a boot drive is massive overkill.

I said money was not an issue, I am primarily editing on it, the 512gb is for storing some video and I have a raid 4Tb currently. I want to overclock and SLI in the future hence the big PSU.

But even a single Titan doesn't put out that much wattage. I recommend the 780 because it's the exact same processor as the Titan for less money and uses less power.
