Already hit the search button, couldn't find my query.

Looking for opinions of an all around PC, but able to game:

A10-6800K on a ASUS F2A85-M PRO ($240)
or
FX-6350 on a Asus M5A99X EVO ($260)

Same RAM both with a ASUS HD7750 video card, the A10 would be running crossfire.

Depends on what you want to play. Most contemporary games really dont care about anything more than four cores. Beyond four cores, the differences in performance become less noticeable. Unless you want to play games that are good at taking advantage of multi-threading, I would save yourself $20 and go with the 6800k. Also, the 6800k is clocked at 4.1 GHz out of the box which is pretty damn badass.

With the 6800k you want at least 1866 MHz DDR3 RAM and 2x4 GB.

What settings do you want to run games at? If low/medium is fine at 720p/1080p...then the 6800k is fine.

If you want high settings you need to run the 6350, as you can push a better GPU later if you want better gaming performance.

The 6800k is a great budget solution for low end gaming. The 6350 can be a great solution for a mid range gaming rig that could run Crysis 3 at high/ultra settings with a good GPU to go with it.
