I have chosen the following for a gaming PC

1.) Intel-i3-3220
2.) Asus P8H77-M LE 16GB DDR3 Intel Motherboard
3.) Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
4.) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
5.) Cooler Master Thunder 500W 500 Watts PSU

I have couple of questions;
Q1 Is The motherboard good?
Q2 That CPU doesn't support PCIe 3.0 and the motherboard does have PCIe 3. Will
my PCIe 3 graphics card works??
Q3 Is there any bottlenecks??
Q4 Was will be the performance of this configuration?
Q5 Will I be able to play latest game with high FPS?

Thanks to all in Advance

Q1: It looks like a pretty decent motherboard for a low price. It's compatible with all the parts you list.

Q2: It turns out the Intel i3-3220 does support PCI Express 3.0. The Intel I3-2130 is the one that doesn't support it and only supports PCI Express 2.0, So you are fine.

Q3: No, not really, The I3 can support even Radeon HD 7950, or the GTX 670. You might see problems if you play CPU oriented games that rely on a lot of CPU power, like GTA 5 or Skyrim.

Q4: If you mean "What" will be the performance, you are going to see pretty good results, though you might want to upgrade your CPU sooner or later. You could probably run most games on medium to high settings, but some games high settings with smooth fps.

Q5: Probably, if you are going to play on medium to high settings, I can see you getting 50-60fps ( Rough Estimate ).
