Currently this is what the inside of my pc looks like...http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/1893/x9av.jpg

The case I am using is an old CM Stacker 830 Evolution. Currently it is sitting under my desk as it is not pretty enough to be shown off on top. If you guys were going to improve this build what would you do??

Should I keep this case?
If not what high quality cases would you recommend?
Where can I find new cables for my corsair modular psu that could improve the look and management?

1st step: CLEAN THE DIRT OUT OF THE PC
2nd step: to improve management you dont need new cables.its the case that has cable management.
3rd step:tell us the components of the PC so we can recommend a case for you

No budget, I'm interested in any cases you guys think are the best price to performance mid and full tower cases. I've been considering these currently.

Thermaltake New Soprano (though ive been told its geared torwards watercoolers)
Corsair 600t
Corsair 650d, 700d, 800d
Coolermaster Cosmos 2 (i know its huge Its most similar to my current case but with much better internals)
NZXT Switch
NZXT Phantom

I really wish there were more cases built like the Cosmos 2 that are not super towers :( On a positive note I live near a frys electronics where I can get better deals on the cases compared to newegg.

are there any high quality small form factor cube cases made out of aluminum or even plastic that fit standard atx motherboards?

So I just got home after purchasing a 650d from frys electronics and I'm already upset haha. Turns out there isnt enough clearance from the hard drive cage to replace the crappy front 200 mm fan included in the 650d..

from what I've read the Bitfenix Spectre Pros 200mm fit in the front. As far as a cooling standpoint would I be better off adding an intake fan and a filter to the top or keeping the top an exhaust and adding some type of smaller intake above the 200mm in front in the drive bay?
