Intel Core i5-3470?

Hey guys, my cpu died, it was time for a new one anyways.

I'm planning on ordering these: MSI LGA1155/Intel H77/DDR3/SATA3&USB3.0/A&GbE/ATX Motherboard ZH77A-G43
and
Intel Core i5-3470 Quad-Core Processor 3.2 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155

My currect specs are:
AMD Phenom II 955e (x4) 3,2ghz
Sapphire 7850HD 2GB GDDR5
8GB Ram DDR3
Asus M4A78T-E

Do you guys think there is a better bang for my buck on this one? I'm also planning on getting 8gb RAm with it so a total of 350$. If you know a better combination it has to be on amazon.

I guess that you will use the same GPU and RAM for the Intel rig correct? Seem very good for the price and budget that you have at this moment. Maybe I would go for a better motherboard and CPU, but only if you can, as I said before that rig is perfect for the budget that you have.
