Blue screen then computer won't restart but tries to

I finished my build about a week or two ago and had been running it just fine. Then today I was playing a game and I get a blue screen and the computer crashes. I didn't get to see the error code, but now when I try to start it the lights and fans turn on for a second before the computer makes a sound and then tries to restart itself. It would continue doing this nonstop if I allowed it to. Any idea what the problem could be?
